Will my medical records remain private?
Your medical records will be seen confidentially by Drexia staff, the specific consultant and their related medical staff. We are registered with the UK Data protection Commission.

How do I collect my medical records?
You can ask your doctor to give you copies of all your latest medical records including pathology reports, diagnostics, lab reports, imaging studies etc. Most specialists require your past three months records, if available. X-Rays where required should be sent by courier.

What do I need to send to Drexia medCare?
We will require your contact details, a referral letter from your doctor explaining your medical condition, current treatment plan and medications, and a completed medical history form.

When and how do I pay Drexia medCare?
You will need to send the payment according to the payment plan chosen, along with your medical records. The payment can be made with a major credit card, cashier's cheque, or wire transfer into Zoliax Enterprises bank account in the UK .

How do I send my medical records to Drexia medCare?
Medical records may be sent to us by mail if it is not urgent, courier, or as an email attachment.

How long will it take to get a second opinion?
We will engage the services of a relevant medical consultant as soon as your completed documentation and payment are received. It takes 7-10 working days on average for a consultation to be made that will be forwarded immediately to you via your preferred method of email, mail, fax or courier (the courier which will incur a charge)

What criteria do you use to choose your specialists?
Our specialists are chosen from major teaching hospitals or specialist clinics in the UK , Europe and the United States , with at least 5 years of working experience in their specific field of specialization.

What language do my documents have to be in?
We only accept documents in English. Your doctor's referral letter and test reports must be typed and not hand-written.

What if my doctor refuses to give a referral letter?
Our medical consultants will only accept a case if supported by your doctor's referral letter. Therefore, we can not process your request without one.

How detailed should my doctor's referral letter be?
The referral letter should be as detailed as possible, giving a history of your medical condition, medication, diagnosis, and any other observations.

Can I buy drugs from Drexia medCare?
Medication can be supplied on a prescription.
