We provide the end-to-end healthcare services to the patient wherever they may be, from diagnostics and treatment plan to surgical procedures, rehab and post-care.

  Stringent Criteria of Consultant Selection

  The minimum criteria that a consultant much meet to join the Drexia medCare team is that they must be actively engaged in practice in a major teaching hospital for at least five years within their specialization .

  No need to travel:

  The patient need not travel for a Second Medical Opinion. Professional medical advice is delivered directly to the patient via e-mail, courier or express mail within 7 to 10 working days on average.

• Hospital Admissions Arranged
  Where surgery is indicated we arrange hospital admissions
  
  Patient and Family Visas Facilitated:

If required, we will issue the necessary documentation in order to facilitate visas for the patient and their families.

Post Surgical Rehabilitation

No one wants to stay in a hospital for long and hospitals are expensive, so we provide ‘in the house' rehabilitation facilities attended by the qualified medical staff, where the patient can recuperate in comfort in the company of friends and relatives.

In theory, since we are independent, and we are buying the services of a consultant or a physician, we have at our disposal a network of 1000s of hospitals and doctors worldwide. In practice, however, we tend to use the services of those who have been found to be the most reliable and subscribe to the highest standards in health and safety. We also take up professional references on our doctors before they can join our panel of preferred physicians.

Serving the Patient

Our responsibility is to serve the patient, not the hospital. We are not affiliated to any hospital or a group of hospitals. Being totally independent, we are free to choose the consultants and hospitals that best serve the interests of our patients.

Matching the patient with a consultant

It is a requirement for a consultant to join Drexia medCare network of physicians that they are actively engaged in their specialization for at least five years. We also check their credentials and pick up professional references on them to make certain that nothing is left to chance and that our strict criteria is not compromised.

Since Drexia medCare™ is an independent body of professionals, you receive the medical advice from specialists who are highly capable in your particular medical condition. If a hospital in the UK is reputed for children diseases, then you will be referred to a consultant in that hospital. If a US doctor, or a German doctor, or a Swedish doctor is reputed to treat a certain form of cancer, then it is that physician who will inspect your records. Our mission is to serve the patient, not the doctor.
